Hannibal Trilogy 

Currently serving as Creative Director at Conill Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles. He is the ex President of the Creative Circle of the U.S. Latin Market, and has more than 20 years of experience in advertising in the North American and Argentinean markets. Today, he is one of the references of multicultural creativity in the United States.

Claudio is a Marketing and Social Sciences University (UCES) advertising graduate, and he holds two other degrees in Visual Arts from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and in Creativity from the Superior School of Creatives in Advertising. He has worked for many award-winning agencies in Buenos Aires, including Leo Burnett Argentina.

In 2003 he moved to Miami, after being hired by Concept Café to manage its creative department. After big achievements and numerous awards, he landed a job at Zubi Advertising to create outstanding work for Ford Motor Company. At the end of 2005, he joined Casanova/McCann in Los Angeles, one of the agencies that pioneered Hispanic advertising in the U.S.

Claudio has more than 90 international creative recognitions, including some of the most prestigious festivals around the world like Cannes, New York Festivals, London Festival, The Art Directors Club of Los Angeles, Festival Iberoamericano de la Publicidad (FIAP), USH Idea Awards and Diente (prestigious advertising award of the Argentinian Creative Circle). Throughout his long carreer, he managed the communication of a wide variety of Fortune 500 brands like Toyota, Fiat, Ford, General Mills, Nestle (Nescafe, Coffee Mate, Nesquik) Yoplait, Miller Genuine Draft, Modelo Especial, Corona, Geico Insurance, Wells Fargo, Discovery Networks, L’Oreal, Johnny Walker, HBO, Head & Shoulders, Gatorade, Johnson & Johnson, Mc Donalds, United Airlines, Goodyear and Kellog’s.

Claudio has served as a member of the jury at the North American Effie Awards, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, USH Idea Awards, Festival Iberoamericano de la Publicidad (FIAP) and Billboards Latin Music Marketing Awards.

On the academic field, Claudio has been a teacher at the Miami Ad School, and as a partner of Brother USA, he has developed creative seminars in Los Angeles and Miami.

Based out of San Francisco, Jeffrey has worked in the advertising, communications, and print industry for more years than he cares to admit. He has served on the board of directors of numerous advertising and communications groups including local AAF chapters, AAF district boards and the National American Advertising Awards Committee. He has been recognized locally, regionally, and nationally for his achievements in the industry.


He spends most of his spare time with his partner in crime, Susan, and children Alex and Amelia. Jeffrey also continues to find new ways to use both sides of his brain.

Susan McMichael’s ad agency career includes stints at Ogilvy & Mather Chicago and DMB&B St. Louis.  


She has helped create TV, radio and print advertising for M&M/Mars, McDonalds, Anheuser-Busch, Sears, American Express, and Purina. 

Before launching her own freelance copywriting and consulting business, Susan was Vice-President/Creative Director at DMB&B St. Louis.

Before joining DMB&B, Susan was Vice-President/Group Creative Director at Centra Advertising where she worked on Purina Dog Chow, Puppy Chow, Energizer, Beechnut Baby Foods and Keystone Ski Resort.

Susan’s work has won national and international awards, and one of her magazine campaigns was featured in Communication Arts Advertising Annual. She has judged numerous ADDY competitions, as well as Communication Arts Ad Annual.
