   After years at big network ad agencies, Mary jumped at the challenge to grow a small up-and-coming independent agency is Seattle called Hydrogen in 2012.
   Her work has been honored at shows like Cannes, The One Show, Clios, D&AD, ADDYs and Effies. She has been featured in Communication Arts, ARCHIVE, Print, Best Spots, Creativity Pick of the Day, 1492 Cultura Creativa, The Wall Street Journal and all of the standard industry pubs. Mary is often asked to speak at industry events and has served on several prestigious juries including The One Show, Communication Arts, Effie, The Pele Awards and the National ADDYs.
   She lives on an island in the Puget Sound with her husband, two children (one of each), four dogs and somewhere around nine chickens.

   Mike is a conceptual Creative Director with a background in design and art direction. He's focused on boosting brands through visual storytelling. His experience includes agency and in-house environments. He's had the privilege to work with many talented people and many dynamic teams. He strives to engage with people through his authentic style ā€“ which has shaped his personal brand. Mike lives in Milwaukee and he currently leads a diverse creative team at Westphal that is focused on design, brand development + strategy, digital and video/photography production. Being involved in AAF and the Addys is a great way to engage with people, learn how others think and experience a variety of work from around the US.
